To exchange or return your product without additional shipping costs, please make your request within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.
For exchanges and returns, the product must be sent in its original packaging, with all accessories and accompanied by the invoice. If you do not have the invoice, please make a written purchase statement, describing the reasons for the exchange or return. Products sent to us due to defects will be analyzed to assess whether or not there is a manufacturing defect. If it is determined that there is no defect in the product, it will be returned to the customer.
YustDesign Importação de Produtos Decorativos para Casa is exempt from the obligation to exchange or repair any product whose defect was caused by misuse, in accordance with the assessment and terms of the Consumer Defense Code.
The first exchange is free, that is, all shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the store. If the customer is still not satisfied with the purchase, we will exchange the product again without paying any additional shipping costs.
After you complete the exchange procedure and send your product(s) back, you will receive a discount coupon for the value of the exchanged product(s) in your email, which you can use on our website as you wish. For the new purchase, you must enter your coupon when finalizing the order to have the amount discounted. Your coupon does not expire, so you can choose the new product(s) at your leisure and at your leisure!
Once you have chosen to receive a refund using a discount coupon, we cannot change this refund method.
WRITING WITHDRAWAL
To return a product due to withdrawal or regret, you have 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you receive the product.
The product must show no signs of use, accompanied by its invoice and all accessories. We do not exchange gifts.
Refunds: Refunds due to regret or withdrawal will be made as follows:
1. Purchases paid by Credit Card: the customer may choose to receive a Gift Voucher for the amount paid, to be used to purchase any product in our store or request a refund of the amount paid on their credit card statement. Please note: in most cases, refunds are only calculated on the subsequent statement.
To receive a refund, the account holder must be the same person who placed the order.
Shipping costs in the event of regret will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Partial returns of orders with the “Free Shipping” option selected as shipping will be subject to a proportional shipping charge if the order does not reach the amount required to apply “Free Shipping”.
We do not exchange the following cases:
1. Items with signs of use.
2. Items with defects due to misuse.
3. After the estimated time for exchange (seven days after receipt), you will be able to make the exchange, but you will not receive the free postage code.
IMPORTANT: YustDesign Importação de produtos decorar para does not cover the packaging costs for returns or exchanges. We suggest that you use the same packaging that you received the product(s).
